About
試験を受ける受験生のEDI（Equity｜公平性、Diversity｜多様性、Inclusion｜包括性）を考えるプログラムです。
全国のIDP直運営のIELTS試験会場へ生理用品設置を行なう他、学生インターンの受け入れや企業とのディスカッションなど多様な活動を行なっています。
This program focuses on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) for test takers. In addition to providing sanitary dispensers at IELTS test centers operated by IDP, we also engage in various activities such as accepting student interns and conducting discussions with companies.
LAQDAがつくる生理用品ケース「せりぽん」をキャラクターとし、学生へのEDI（Equity・Diversity・Inclusion）を呼びかけています。

IDPでは受験生のEquity（公平性）を考え、生理期間にあっても安心して試験を受けられるように、LAQDAプロジェクトに参加。試験会場のトイレへせりぽんを設置しました。
In IDP, we consider the equity of female test-takers. To ensure that they can take the exam with peace of mind even during their menstrual period, we participated in the LAQDA project and installed sanitary dispensers “Seripon” in the test venues.
Japan to the World
日本の全国の試験会場で設置を開始したIDP Japan。この取り組みは、オーストラリア本社にも注目され、報告を行うとともに、更には世界61カ国の支社が集まるイベントでも共有されました。
IDP Japan has initiated the installation of sanitary dispensers at test centers across Japan. This initiative was positively received by the Australian head office and was shared at an annual conference where colleagues and partners from 61 countries gathered.

IDP Japanの取り組みについて報告を受けたオーストラリア本社でも、LAQDAプロジェクトの思想に共感し、メルボルン、アデレードの２都市の試験会場で生理用品の設置が始まりました。
The Australian head office, upon hearing about the initiatives of IDP Japan, also resonated with the concept of the LAQDA project. As a result, the installation of sanitary dispensers has commenced at test centers in two cities, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Collaboration with Global Internship Program

LAQDA x IDP プロジェクトでは、お茶の水女子大学が実施するグローバルリーダーシッププログラムに協力。日英インターンを迎え、EDI（Equity / Diversity / Inclusion）について、共に考え、大学生の観点でプロジェクトを推進するアイデアをつくってもらいました。レポートは近日公開予定！
In the context of the LAQDA x IDP project, we supported an internship program by Ochanomizu University. We extended a warm welcome to interns from both Japan and the UK, who dedicated their efforts to addressing EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) concerns and brainstormed innovative ideas from the perspective of female University students, providing valuable input into the project. A full report on our collaborative endeavors will be released shortly.
